Create Permanent Circle of Power

The Create Permanent Circle of Power Ritual Targets and transforms its Circle of Power from a Battle Magic spell into a Permanent Circle. The Target Circle created provides Investitures, Identifications (if Celestial Aspect), Resurrections (if Earth Aspect), ritual castings, and provides protection from all non-Invested creatures unable to enter a Circle of Power. The Aspect of the Permanent Circle will match the Aspect of the Ritual Caster upon successful casting.

Unlike a Limited Circle of Power, a Permanent Circle is not limited in size. This Ritual can target a Circle of Power that has been created by multiple castings of the Battle Magic spell, as per the Circle of Power effect rules. When using multiple casters to create a Circle for this Ritual, all casters become Invested upon the successful casting of the Ritual.

This Ritual requires a Catalyst and 16 Reagents to cast as listed on the scroll.
